Early Bird Deadline                    Noon Friday, October 3, 2014

Final RSVP Deadline                  Noon Sunday, October 13, 2014

 

 

 In order to get the price/rate for a deadline, you must do both of the following actions by the deadlines listed above:

 

A) Pay your deposit, either by check or my PayPal page ( see details below, or go there directly)

B) Complete the RSVP Form fully

 

Once you do both of these things, you will be registered. After the deadline has passed for a rate, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration, but once you do both of these things you are registered, so don’t worry if you are properly registered! We will then be in touch with you via email as to additional details for the event.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT TO COMPLETE YOUR RSVP:

 

In order to complete your reservation, you must make a non-refundable (except as otherwise specified) $150 deposit ($300 for couples and families), postmarked or sent to paypal by the deadlines at the top of this page. 

 

In order to get the discounted rate for a given deadline, you need to make your deposit payment into paypal  by the deadlines above.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS - CHECK OR PAYPAL

 

You may pay in one of two ways, via check or via paypal. Checks are the preferred method, as they are lower cost and easier to handle, but either method is fine.

 

Via Check:

In order to get the discounted rate for a given deadline, you need to have your deposit payment postmarked by the deadlines above. $150 deposit required for individuals, $300 for couples and families. You may also pay in full via check at the time you send the deposit. You must pay the balance of what you owe via PayPal or check no later than Sunday, September 29, 2013, otherwise you will not be allowed to come to the weekend.

 

Thank you for your cooperation with these matters. We need to pay the Retreat Center in full while we are at the event, so we need to be able to deposit the monies in order to make payment to the Retreat Center within their deadlines.

Deposits using PayPal

 

Click here to  go to my PayPal page.  and pay the deposit at PayPal’s site. You will then be redirected to the RSVP Form, which you will need to fill out fully in order to complete your reservation.

 

Payments in Full using PayPal (in addition to, or instead of, paying the deposit)

 

Instead of paying the deposit, you may also pay in full via paypal now or at any time. Since there are so many rate choices and time periods, its difficult to construct paypal buttons for all the different scenarios.

 

 However, all that you need to do to pay is full is the following:

 

A) Calculate what you owe, based on the rate tables below for the deadline in question ( make sure to subtract any deposits you might have paid already from this total amount.

B) Log into your account at  PayPal and send the monies to the following email address:

That’s it, your done!

 

If you are paying in full instead of paying the deposit, after visiting PayPal, you must then go to our RSVP Site and complete the RSVP Form in order to be properly registered for the event, and ensure that you get the price for the deadline in question.

 

All payments for the weekend must be in no later than Sunday, September 29, 2012 otherwise you will not be allowed to come on the weekend.

FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE WEEKEND:

 

 The retreat center is requiring us to make full payment the last day of the weekend. So unlike previous events, in order to come on the weekend you must make your  FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO COMING ON THE WEEKEND.

 

If you are using a check, the balance of your payment via check must be postmarked no later than Monday, October 10. If using paypal, the balance of your payment must be sent via PayPal no later than Sunday, 10/16/11.

 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, October 12.

 

 

FAILURE TO MEET THIS DEADLINE

WILL MEAN YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE WEEKEND.

 

 

REFUND POLICY:

 

General Policy

 

You may request a refund of your deposit for up to 3 days after your initial sign up on the RSVP form, for all RSVPs until Monday, 9/22/14.

 

No refunds will be allowed for anyone, no matter when you sign up,  after MONDAY, 9/22/14. , except as otherwise stated in this ‘Refund Policy’ Section. The retreat center imposes a large non refundable deposit on us, so we have no choice but to do the same to you. If you need to cancel after these deadlines, you may substitute someone who we approve for your spot( See Cancellation/switches, below). In such event, we will switch your deposit to that person, and you can seek your deposit from the substituted person.

 

Refunds - Changes in Room Class

 

 There are a limited number of rooms at each available rate. Once a room class ( Deluxe, Standard, Basic) is filled, you may need to take your 2nd choice. If neither your 1st or 2nd room choice is available, you will be allowed to cancel without penalty.

Cancellations/ Switch with new person

 

You may be able to switch your RSVP to another individual who has not yet signed up for the event and transfer your deposit to the new individual, but this is subject to prior approval by Davetrek Adventures. There are no refunds for such cancellations that occur after October 2, 2011. If this switch occurs and is approved, you will need to get your deposit back from the person you added on for the ‘switch’, as we will transfer your deposit to the new person. Thank you for your help and cooperation with this policy.

EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS SECTION ’REFUND POLICY’

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER  SEPTEMBER 22, 2014

 

 

Rates & Policies: Rates & Policies: room & board and onsite activities; off site activities (except local hiking) & any onsite craft  farm tours and onsite adamah classes will have additional fees.

 

Times listed are for room access - as specified on the website for this event, you will access to  continue to use the facilities at Isabella Freedman on the day you leave until 3PM. Rates are subject to change until you pay the deposit.

 

Rates  & Succahfest - You may come up for as many as 6 nights or as few as 1 night.

 

If you come for Simchat Torah starting Wednesday 10/15  you can stay over until Sunday 10/19 and the rate includes breakfast, lunch and use of the facilities until 2:30 PM.

 

Also, you may combine these rates with Succahfest , please let me know on the  Simchat Torah RSVP form and via email. You will need to RSVP separately for Succahfest with Isabella Freedman and we will endeavor to keep you in the same rooms throughout your stay.

 

Check– IN & Check Out

 

You may come to Isabella Freedman as early as 1pm on the day of your arrival and check-in to your rooms by 4 PM. Check out the day that you leave is 9:00 AM - we will need to charge $50 per room for anyone who needs to check out later than 9:00 AM, so plan accordingly.  You may stay onsite until 4 PM on the day that you leave, except on Sunday  October 19, when you may stay until 2:30 PM.
